About Marius Eriksen
Marius Eriksen is an European Energetic Transformational Leader and a Self-Management Expert driven to transform leadership-, team- and personal development worldwide.
He is a strong and caring Norwegian viking dedicated to help other people.
Marius started his journey to be a transformational leader in 1990. From that day he has been helping companies, organizations and people to reach their full potential.
His main focus is to help leaders and role models of the world to be their true authentic self and to live a life with energy, joy, love and balance. By leaders and role models of the world he really means everybody that have a message to the world either they are a corporate CEO, leader, business owner, mom, dad, sister, brother, friend, politician, speaker, coach, artist, athlete, social worker, teacher or trainer.

Marius is a foodie and one of the most winning amature chefs in Norway.
His work with adolescent youth and unemployed people through many years have given him a huge and warm heart for the people on the outside of the community. He is one of the voices speaking up for diversity and change.
